Weiping Ye, Professor of Law and Doctoral Advisor at Shenzhen University Law School where he serves the Dean of Innovative Rule of Law Research Institute. He was awarded the Second “Guangdong Top Ten Middle-Young Jurist”. He holds a bachelor degree in Philosophy from Anhui University, a Master of Law from Nanjing University and a Ph.D. from Peking University Law School. He was a visiting scholar in Chicago-Kent College of Law. His research focuses on competition law, industry law and economic law.
